WEBER GRILL: In the year 1952, George Stephen Sr. an employee of Weber Brothers Metal Works, came up with an amazing idea. Using the marine buoys designed by his company as a model, he invented a hip, dome-shaped grill that came with a lid that could lock in the rich barbecue flavor and protect the food. From this crazy idea, a grilling revolution took place across the world. Weber has now become the top brand when it comes to accessories for charcoal and gas grills, and George’s kettle is now a backyard icon.
